Peaceš„°
Hi friendsš. You are welcome to another topic on the blog, “Peace” drum š„ rollsš.
What is Peace? According to the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary,
“Peace is a situation or a period of time in which there is no war or violence in a country or an area”
Some theologians say Peace is “wholeness, total health, total welfare. It covers the sum total of God’s blessings to a person who belongs to the covenant community. i.e., those who are believers in Christ Jesus.
Friends, I’m here to tell you that so long as you’re in Christ, you are entitled to enjoy peaceš.
The Bible says in 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (KJV);
“Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.”
God has said in his word to give us peace always by all means. So if you need peace, ask your Father in Heavenā¤šÆ
And we know that Our God honors his word more than his name. He will grant your desires,
see what Minister David says in Psalms 138:2b (KJV):
“….and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
Another scripture in the Bible talks about the fact that God blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:11(KJV)
Peace is not the absence of life challenges or chaos.
Peace is the inner calmness that God gives even in the presence of storms in whatever form. The Bible says in John 14:27 (KJV):
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
To enjoy His peace, we need to drop our worries and fear. John 14:27.
Trust God, remain steadfast, and declare his word over any situation where you need peaceššÆ. You can be sure He will hear you and grant you peace.
My Pastor will say when you seek God’s face about an issue, he will handle it. Do not deny yourself peace over what God is already working on resolving.
Finally, remember this verse whenever you are worried and have no peace. Isaiah 26:3 (KJV):
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
You need to remember that as God’s children, we will enjoy perfect peace when we trust and believe him.
The first step to enjoying peace is having Christ Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, please if you are not yet saved please say this prayer below;
“God I receive you into my life. I want to become a child of yours. I believe in your name. I believe Jesus came to die for my sins. Please wash my sins away with your blood, write my name in the Book of Life, make me a messenger of your word, guide my life, and be with me along the way. I love you and want to serve you in Jesus name, amen.šÆā¤
Till I write again, be good and enjoy the peace of God that passeth all understandingššššššš. God bless us all.
Have a fantastic week ahead friends š
