Hi Hiš. Today is Father’s Day and it is such a happy day for me. Fatherhood is not a child’s play and so I celebrate my Father, Father-in-law, Husband, Brother, and all the men all over the world. We cannot over-emphasize that men have been given the role to provide, protect and secure their wives and children. This task is not an easy one hence our men need to have faith and trust God to help achieve their God-given task.
The Head of a woman is the man, while the Head of man is God. 1 Corinthians 11: 13. God created man to be the head of a woman so a woman must submit to her husband for God to reign in their home. A man has the potential and God-given ability to lead his family through faith in God and the abundant grace of God.
Faith is the topic for today but I had to reverence God in the lives of our men. If you see or know any man, kindly hug, shake, and celebrate the Lord in his life. Faith is the core of our Christianity because even before you become a Christian, you need to believe that God became flesh and died for your sins. Romans 10:8-10. We need to keep being in the faith even after being saved.Romans 10: 8- 10. ” But what saith it, the word is nigh there, even in they mouth, and in they heart: that is the word of faith which we preach; That if thou shall confess the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in they heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”.
Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. There are many things you are being entrusted to do, however by your strength you can do nothing but with faith, we can win in all circumstances regarding family, finances, health, etc. Faith in God is paramount for a Christian. You may not have seen what you are desirous of but keep praying and believing God for answers.
How can you have faith?
a. By hearing and hearing the voice of God. Romans 10:17. Continuous hearing of the word of God helps your faith in God. The word of God is complete in all, the words in the scripture can handle every challenge you can ever face. Attend services, prayer meetings also engage in quiet time to increase your faith in God
b. By declaring what the word of God says regardless of the situation. Faith does not work by sight. You and I need to constantly declare what we want to see happen. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says we work by faith and not by sight.
c. By drawing near to God. You and I need to move closer to God and believe that he is, he exists, and is a rewarder of whoever diligently seeks him. Heb 11: 6.
In conclusion, are there seemingly impossible situations you face? Matthew 17: 20b says
that ” if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain,” move
from here to there,” and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you”
Shalom Shalom friends! God loves youā¤. Have a blessed week in Jesus Name. (AMEN)šš
