Unyielding Perseverance: Fulfilling Divine Purpose

Perseverance can be defined as the steadfast persistence and determination to overcome challenges, obstacles, or setbacks to achieve a specific goal or desired outcome.

Divine purpose refers to the specific plan or intention that God has for every individual. It suggests that there is a higher, transcendent reason for our existence and that our lives have meaning and significance in the context of God’s plan.

Perseverance, when grounded in faith and directed towards fulfilling one’s purpose in God, becomes a powerful force that propels individuals to overcome challenges, withstand trials, and achieve remarkable feats. The Bible offers numbers of encouraging texts and verses to inspire and guide believers (his children) on their journey of perseverance.

In Romans 5:3-4, it is written, “Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” This verse reminds us that through enduring hardships with unwavering faith, we develop perseverance, which in turn strengthens our character and instills in us steadfast hope.

Moreover, Hebrews 12:1 encourages us to persevere by reminding us of the cloud of witnesses who have gone before us, urging us to “run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” This verse reminds us as believers that we are not alone in our pursuit of fulfilling God’s purpose and encourages us to draw inspiration from the faithful who have persevered throughout history.

Additionally, James 1:12 assures those who persevere under trial, stating, “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” This verse serves as a reminder that perseverance during times of adversity brings forth spiritual rewards and blessings.

In times of doubt or weariness, Psalm 55:22 offers comfort, urging us to cast our burdens upon the Lord, saying, “Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” This passage reassures believers that God is a source of strength and support, enabling them to persevere through any circumstance.

Divine Purpose can be seen in various passages throughout the Bible. In Jeremiah 29:11, it is written, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This verse conveys the notion that God has a purposeful plan for each individual, one that leads to prosperity, hope, and a meaningful future.

Also, Ephesians 2:10 states, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” This verse emphasizes that believers are uniquely crafted by God and have been assigned specific good works that were predestined for them.

As followers of Christ, we are called to persistently pursue our divine purpose, trusting in God’s guidance, strength, and promises. By having a close relationship with God and being rooted in faith, we can navigate life’s challenges, grow in character, and ultimately fulfill the unique purpose God has destined for us.

Let us press on with unyielding perseverance, knowing that through this process, we align ourselves with God’s divine plan for our lives.

Thank you beautiful people๐Ÿ˜. We will try to keep it to Sunday or Monday latest deadline for publishing blog posts.๐Ÿ™

Always remember unyielding perseverance is an important role in fulfilling divine purpose. God bless you and have a great week๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•.

Faith – an indispensable quality for Christian living

Hi Hi๐Ÿ˜Š. Today is Father’s Day and it is such a happy day for me. Fatherhood is not a child’s play and so I celebrate my Father, Father-in-law, Husband, Brother, and all the men all over the world. We cannot over-emphasize that men have been given the role to provide, protect and secure their wives and children. This task is not an easy one hence our men need to have faith and trust God to help achieve their God-given task.

The Head of a woman is the man, while the Head of man is God. 1 Corinthians 11: 13. God created man to be the head of a woman so a woman must submit to her husband for God to reign in their home. A man has the potential and God-given ability to lead his family through faith in God and the abundant grace of God.

Faith is the topic for today but I had to reverence God in the lives of our men. If you see or know any man, kindly hug, shake, and celebrate the Lord in his life. Faith is the core of our Christianity because even before you become a Christian, you need to believe that God became flesh and died for your sins. Romans 10:8-10. We need to keep being in the faith even after being saved.

Romans 10: 8- 10. ” But what saith it, the word is nigh there, even in they mouth, and in they heart: that is the word of faith which we preach; That if thou shall confess the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in they heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”.

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. There are many things you are being entrusted to do, however by your strength you can do nothing but with faith, we can win in all circumstances regarding family, finances, health, etc. Faith in God is paramount for a Christian. You may not have seen what you are desirous of but keep praying and believing God for answers.

How can you have faith?
a. By hearing and hearing the voice of God. Romans 10:17. Continuous hearing of the word of God helps your faith in God. The word of God is complete in all, the words in the scripture can handle every challenge you can ever face. Attend services, prayer meetings also engage in quiet time to increase your faith in God
b. By declaring what the word of God says regardless of the situation. Faith does not work by sight. You and I need to constantly declare what we want to see happen. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says we work by faith and not by sight.
c. By drawing near to God. You and I need to move closer to God and believe that he is, he exists, and is a rewarder of whoever diligently seeks him. Heb 11: 6.

In conclusion, are there seemingly impossible situations you face? Matthew 17: 20b says
that ” if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain,” move
from here to there,” and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you”

Shalom Shalom friends! God loves youโค. Have a blessed week in Jesus Name. (AMEN)๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Peace

Peace๐Ÿฅฐ
Hi friends๐Ÿ˜‰. You are welcome to another topic on the blog, “Peace” drum ๐Ÿฅ rolls๐Ÿ’ƒ.

What is Peace? According to the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary,

“Peace is a situation or a period of time in which there is no war or violence in a country or an area”

Some theologians say Peace is “wholeness, total health, total welfare. It covers the sum total of God’s blessings to a person who belongs to the covenant community. i.e., those who are believers in Christ Jesus.

Friends, I’m here to tell you that so long as you’re in Christ, you are entitled to enjoy peace๐Ÿ˜Š.
The Bible says in 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (KJV);
“Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.”

God has said in his word to give us peace always by all means. So if you need peace, ask your Father in Heavenโค๐Ÿ’ฏ

And we know that Our God honors his word more than his name. He will grant your desires,

see what Minister David says in Psalms 138:2b (KJV):
“….and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Another scripture in the Bible talks about the fact that God blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:11(KJV)

Peace is not the absence of life challenges or chaos.
Peace is the inner calmness that God gives even in the presence of storms in whatever form. The Bible says in John 14:27 (KJV):

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

To enjoy His peace, we need to drop our worries and fear. John 14:27.

Trust God, remain steadfast, and declare his word over any situation where you need peace๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ฏ. You can be sure He will hear you and grant you peace.
My Pastor will say when you seek God’s face about an issue, he will handle it. Do not deny yourself peace over what God is already working on resolving.

Finally, remember this verse whenever you are worried and have no peace. Isaiah 26:3 (KJV):
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”

You need to remember that as God’s children, we will enjoy perfect peace when we trust and believe him.

The first step to enjoying peace is having Christ Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, please if you are not yet saved please say this prayer below;

“God I receive you into my life. I want to become a child of yours. I believe in your name. I believe Jesus came to die for my sins. Please wash my sins away with your blood, write my name in the Book of Life, make me a messenger of your word, guide my life, and be with me along the way. I love you and want to serve you in Jesus name, amen.๐Ÿ’ฏโค

Till I write again, be good and enjoy the peace of God that passeth all understanding๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. God bless us all.

Have a fantastic week ahead friends ๐Ÿ˜Š

Overcoming Challenges

Hi there๐Ÿ˜Š

How are you๐Ÿ˜. You know I’m glad to share my thoughts again.

One thing I want to state is that you need to know that God cannot change. Malachi 3:6a.(KJV)

“For I am theย Lord, I change not”.

As a beliver, who is saved and redeemed by Jesus, always know that God has got you๐Ÿ‘. Romans 10: 9. (KJV),

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”.

When you go through trials, perhaps you invested in a business and made a huge loss, suffered a break-up, or failed an exam. Just know You have a God who changes not but can change your situation. He can give you peace that makes no sense. Philippians 4:7

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and mind through Christ Jesus”

Reach out to the Lover of your soulโค.ย  Romansย  8:28

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”.

Always know that God is still the same and he is with you in your challenging times as he was with you in your good times. He may want you to find purpose. I learned that Mark; the founder of Facebook founded the popular Facebook after suffering heartbreak from his girlfriend.

You need to brace up and abide in Christ, John 15:4-5. Jesus said

” Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abides in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me”

Jesus is the vine, and honestly to overcome any challenge whatsoever you need to abide in Jesus Christ truly and sincerely, and you will see things turn around for you. The Holy Spirit will lead and direct you to success.

Also, do not forsake the assembly of believers, I met someone recently who said he cannot remember when last he went to church.๐Ÿ˜—. That’s honestly not pleasant to hear because who do you talk to when you have challenges?  Your spouse, friends, and family can only help encourage you but Christ can settle you from within and give you perfect peace over every situation of your life. That’s why we need to abide in Him.

Know that there is a season for everything, what you may be passing through could be to prepare you for the next level God’s taking you. Look at Joseph, if he was not sold by his brothers and bought byย  Potiphar, how will he have met Pharaoh who made him Prime Minister? See Genesis 39, 40 &41. I will refer to Genesis 39:1:

“And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down thither.”

God has a perfect plan for you and you just need to trust him, acknowledge him, and abide in Him.

Thank you๐Ÿ˜Š.

I anticipate your comments, contributions, suggestions, and feedback.

Till I write again. ๐Ÿ˜‡๐ŸฅฐGod bless you and those of us in Nigeria, Happy holidays today. ๐Ÿ’ƒ. I’m still going to the office later today anyways๐Ÿ˜‰
May God’s will be done in this Nation and our life ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Don’t Give Up

Hi there!๐Ÿ˜Š
It’s been quite a while. Trust you have been doing well friends.
I’m grateful to God for the grace to write to you all.๐Ÿ’ƒ So let’s get right to the topic๐Ÿ˜‡. Today God is saying to you and I, “Don’t Give Up”

Psalms 23: 6 (Good News Version) says :

” I know that your goodness and love will be with me all my life, and your house will be my home as long as I live”

It’s been a while since I have posted here because I gave up, some people have given up one thing they were engaged in because they got tired, felt discouraged, or depressed. Well, here I am to tell you that God has got you, and just as David says in the book of Psalms 23: 6, above says God’s goodness and love will be with you all your life.
Hence, don’t be discouraged, dust up yourself, don’t stop praying, don’t stop doing good, don’t stop improving yourself, don’t stop going to church, don’t give up on your job, don’t stop declaring the word of faith, don’t stop being a Christian and child of God.
God who put the desire and vision into you is with you all the days of your life, He can help you and in due season you will reap if you faint not. Galatians 6:9 NIV (New International Version) says thus;

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up”

As Believers, we need to be encouraged, He that is in us is far greater than He that is in the world. 1 John 4:4 KJV (Kings James Version) says thus;
“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world”

So, how do you ensure you do not give up, and derive your strength from within?
As long as you have surrendered your life to Christ and confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord over your life, God lives in you.
Galatians 2:20a NKJV (New King James Version) says
“I have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me”

You are not alone, seek strength from God who dwells in you, pray, ask him for strength, help, and wisdom and He will help you to be encouraged and forge ahead. Also abide in Him, study the word, fellowship with other believers, confess strength and grace, and develop a positive attitude ๐Ÿ˜Š

Please note that you cannot stay motivated always unless you are given strength and grace from God.ย  Philippians 4: 13 KJV (Kings James Version) says;
” I can do all things, through Christ with strengtheneth me”

Do you need to break an addiction, Don’t give up, God the Holy Spirit can help you, Do you need deliverance, Do you need Salvation, Don’t give up

If you are yet to be saved, you need Jesus now in your life more than ever. He will give you salvation, and purpose and you will reign with him in eternity.

Please say thus;
“Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Saviour”

As long as you have said the prayer above! You are saved๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. Please join a bible believing Church as the Lord leads you.

Friends till I write to you again, please stay encouraged๐Ÿ˜Š

GRATITUDE

Heyo my people!๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. Trust me, I am so glad to share my thoughts with you once again.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Well today, I’m going to talk about gratitude, the Merriam Webster’s dictionary defines gratitude as “a feeling of appreciation or giving thanks”

Psychologists state that gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what an individual receives, whether tangible or intangible. Psychologists further state that according to research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. See (www.health.harvard.edu)

The Bible talks a lot about gratitude, this is very evident in the book of Psalms and also in the epistles where Apostle Paul talked about giving thanks to God.

You know I love the book of Psalms; David is so much fun you know, He sang, danced and played musical instruments to give God praise. My Father in the Lord; Daddy G.O. once made me understand from the scripture that David was actually a man after God’s heart because he constantly praised God. Let’s just see Psalms 103: 1-22; I will quote the first five verses;

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who healeth all thy disease.

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies;

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

PSALMS 103:1-5

You know I also love Psalms 106; David praised God, he talked about the tender mercies of God.

Truth is that, but for the mercies of God, we could have been consumed. If God chooses to reward us according to our unstable behaviours and attitudes at times, we will probably be no where to be found. Yet our God gives us another chance each day to wake up and shine forth his light all around. We certainly need to thank God for salvation, also because he is good and his mercies endureth forever.

Even psychologists believe that gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. This is actually not far fetched. Gratitude is a social emotion; it triggers joy and most importantly according to the scriptures, it triggers more blessings from God.

You know, check it, when people are grateful to you for what you have done for them, you will just feel the need to do much more for them because they appreciate your kind gesture. How much more our God?

So today, I enjoin you to be grateful, look at 2020 in retrospect, thank God you are alive, thank him for people he brought your way to help you in 2020, show gratitude to God. You can be sure it will trigger joy in your heart and blessings from God๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ.

GOD CARES! PART I

Hello beautiful people๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. Our topic is “GOD CARES!” I’m sure you are excited๐Ÿ˜.Enjoy and be blessed๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™

The major way God could show that He cares is by giving us His WORD directly; if I am a Father, and my child needs my help, I give him my word to help him through, then he can go on confidently. Greater than this is what the word of God does, it gives LIFE

Jh 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.Jh 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. The word of God in person of Jesus gives life and also comfort to us

2Tim3:15-16
16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
The word also admonish, encourages, correct, instruct us. But if there be any message that put blames on you, find fault with you, then it is not a message.

Even the 10 commandment (as of the old covenant) wasnโ€™t given to man to show his capability to fulfill the Law, rather it exposes manโ€™s weaknesses and made us understand how inadequate man is without God
Eph 2:8-
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

2Cor 12:7-10. Let’s see verse 9;
9: And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Man is just completely inadequate without God!

Someone is rightly asking, what about the challenges of life?
It is obvious that human are swept by the storms of lives, by the rages of the world, and in this man cannot subdue it in his own strength, if God hasnโ€™t given it then we donโ€™t have it.

Jh 14: 27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Jh 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Thus, we admonish ourselves, we encourage ourselves so that our attention, our Faith does not waver in trying times.

To be continuedโ€ฆPart 2

Gratefulness

Hello beautiful people๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ. Enjoy the Spoken Words and be blessed in Jesus Name. AMEN๐Ÿ™

For how long would I be down castedโ€ฆ?
For how long would I be sitted worriedโ€ฆ?
For how long would I cry in the dark..?
Is this my Faithโ€ฆ?

I am drowning in pain, drained and no rain
I knee on the express, head bowed, eyes closed
I couldn’t hear anything, not even the voices of the travellers
To my left, to my right, they are running at their pace

I tried standing, but I fell on my back
Rain fell, it was heavy but I felt refreshed
Thunder struck, it was hard but I could hear a voice in a great sound

And it saidโ€ฆ
Have I not told you?
Take no thought for your life
what to eat, to drink or wear?

See, the fowls of the air sow not
neither do they reap, nor gather into barns
yet God feeds them
ARE YOU NOT BETTER THAN THEY?
Your Heavenly Father know that you need all these thingsโ€ฆ.! (Ref: Matt 6:25-32)

STAND UP AND WALK!
I rose to confidence
I ran with confidence
Never knew I could finish my journey so shortly

I built a filling station
to the right, to the left
all travellers, all motorist, take some moments at my stations

Why? To fill their tanks, No!
To take a nap, No!

To refill their heart, for the downtrodden He gave hope
To refill their power, for the weak He gave strength
To refill their courage, for the frightened, He gave bravery
To redeem the lost, for the dead, He gave life

Now, I am grateful not just for what He has done through us, but much more for He is Great!

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ

I AM GRATEFUL๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

God is listening๐Ÿ‘‚

Hello beautiful people. Trust me! I’m glad to write again today๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ.

Today I’m here to encourage someone reading this post that God is listening. He is aware of your thoughts and meditations. Are you worried and wondering where God is? Well I’m here to remind you that God is with you every moment.

Well my friend, God is everywhere. He sees you and he loves you. The way and manner you approach him depends on how much of him you know.๐Ÿ˜Š

How well do you study the word of God? The Bible says; let us come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and grace in time of need. Hebrews 4: 16; The bible also says in Hebrews 11:6 that without faith, it is impossible to please God.๐Ÿ˜Š

Dear reader, please open your heart to God, don’t leave God out of your life and decisions. Commit your ways to the Lord and he will bring it to pass. Psalms 37:5.

You need to understand that God listens to you, he wants you to know that he is nearer to you than you can ever imagine. You just need to communicate and let him flow with you. He wants to commune with you as well.๐Ÿ˜Š

Remember “all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28.

God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Eph 3:20.๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Our Lord Jesus cares about everyone not only Christians. Whoever you are, you are loved by God and you need to be saved in order to enjoy the reality of a believer in the word of God. Make Jesus Christ Lord over your life and you will be glad you did for the rest of your life.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Please feel free to like and comment on our posts.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž. You are blessed in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ™

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SAVED?

Hello beautiful people๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. I am glad to be back๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ.

Written by EKLEKTOS.

People question their Faith about being Saved and some donโ€™t understand the topic itself. However, the topic is very broad, letโ€™s see through it together and we pray our eyes of understanding is enlightened. AMEN ๐Ÿ˜Š

What does it mean to be Saved?๐Ÿ‘
Genesis 1:26-28
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the seaโ€ฆ So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion โ€ฆ upon the earth.

From the very beginning of the world, this is the true nature of Man. Man was a real image of God, Man has dominion, Man lives in God presence, Man speaks to God, God hears him and reply in conversation. No wonder Adam was able to give names to all the animals brought before him without a mix-up (Gen 1:19-20)

In Genesis 3,
This recorded how the serpent persuaded Eve to take of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Gen 3:1-5) and despite been instructed by God that if they take of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil they shall surely die (Gen 2:16-17) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Then, what is this death about?๐Ÿ‘
Gen 3:8, 24
8: And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
24: So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
So the death was a separation between God and Man. Thus, Man left God presence

So, Did Adam and Eve died physically? NO
Did Adam and Eve leave the presence of God? YES

What led to this? ๐Ÿ‘
Gen 2:16-17
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of itโ€ฆ
It is simply the consequences of disobedience to Godโ€™s word which led Adam and Eve to make a wrong Choice. Of every tree of the Garden represent Life, and of the other tree represent Death. Adam and Eve choose Death
Yet God made a promise to reconcile man back to Himself
Gen 3:15
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
And how He will accomplish this wasnโ€™t clear to us all, until the light came

Letโ€™s take a quick grasp of details from book of Leviticus. The book itself contains a load of information about the giving of sacrifices and offering for atonement of sins
Leviticus 16:1-34
34: And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.

However, several of the Prophets prophesied as been inspired of God about how God will blot out the sin of Man, how a Child, a King will be born, who will take the judgement of the world upon himself, and will die for the sins of man.

Isaiah9:6-7
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderfulโ€ฆ Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end โ€ฆ and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Matthew 1:21-23
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sinsโ€ฆthat it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, sayingโ€ฆBehold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Then to what extent was this done, for what reason?
So that man can be saved, man can receive eternal life. Man can receive the promises of God, so that man can be reconciled to God and the separation between man and God can be removed.

Hebrews 1:1-3
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

This means, in this dispensation of time, there is no other person instruction or sacrifice we follow, except of Jesus, because that is God who came in flesh to take away the sin of man.
If man could deal with his sins himself, then there wouldnโ€™t be need for God but man was helpless

So, how did God achieve this? ๐Ÿ˜Š
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 5:8-21
18: Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
Through the obedience of Jesus, He gave us Righteousness.

Romans 10:9-11
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
So, the death and resurrection of Jesus brought us Salvation.

So, when we confess Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, this is what we are confessing, we are confessing that He died for you and me, He resurrected on the 3rd day, He entered into the holy place to make perfect atonement for our sins standing before God and He did this for you and me once and for all, no more sacrifices as of the old testament, thus we are in new dispensation of time; I mean you and I.

You are declaring the promises upon your life, and your will to align with His will. You and I have been delivered from darkness and curses and have been translated into light, the Kingdom of His dear son (Col 1:13). That you and I can manifest the works of Jesus, and we can be called Sons of God (Gal 4:6)

Hebrews 7:25-27
Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

Hebrews 10:16-21
This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesusโ€ฆAnd having an high priest over the house of God

2Cor.5:17-21
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Hope

Hello people. How are you doing today? I hope you are doing great. Today’s topic is on Hope.๐Ÿ˜Š

Sometimes our thoughts tend to stray to think there is no future or that things won’t go well. This may be due to the economy of the country we are in, or due to challenges which we see around. ๐Ÿคž

However let’s see (Jeremiah 29: 11 KJV) (Colossians 1:27 KJV)๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ The thoughts God has for his children are good and not of evil to give us an expected end.๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ God will show forth his glory in us, because Christ is in us, the hope of Glory.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Our case is different because the works of our hands are blessed, God’s glory will show forth in us and through us, we shall be blessed all around because our hope is in Christ Jesus.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™

We may not be seeing all that we want to see now, but we will keep calm, we will be steadfast, unmmovable, do the needful (like play our part) and hope for the best because we have our sure hope, Christ Jesus.๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

You need Jesus because in Him your glorious future is secured and all will be well with you.

Prayer: Dear Lord, today I confess that I have hope in you, I know you have a glorious future for me because I have Christ in me. I believe and walk in it by believing you every step of the way in Jesus Mighty Name.(Amen)๐Ÿ˜Š
